This combination of Plyometrics and Cardio Kickboxing is a perfect mix!
Well our first class was today, and I saw the coaches deliver a fantastic class. In came new faces, new clients, who were a little scared because they have not been working out. What they found, was two instructors who brought out the best and connected with everyone in the room. Even my daughter 3 months shy from her second birthday was trying some of the fun drills. Don't get me wrong this is no kids class. I recommend this class to beginners and regular exercisers.
