ALL LEVELS KICKBOXING:
Participants at all levels are welcome at this signature class that focuses on killer combinations, strategy and proper technique. Full of kicks, punches and strikes, this class is ideal whether your looking to bust some stress, get in shape or train to get in the ring. Focus on proper technique, spacing and footwork, as you learn to channel power from your core with a balanced stance. Professional trainers use pre-designed drills teaching you proper footwork and balance, developing your explosive heavy bag technique, maximizing speed, power, accuracy and super endurance. Beginners are offered a bag in the front of the class to get the best environment to learn new skills, while intermediate and advanced students can continue to hone technique, speed and accuracy. It’s you and your bag. Work at your own pace and watch yourself build up to the next level with every strike.
This is a perfect opportunity for new students wanting to burn calories while learning the blueprints of kickboxing. Step-by-step instructions will be given for dozens of kickboxing moves and stances, all utilizing proper form. Practice and repetition build second-nature knowledge in both shadow boxing and heavy bag work. This class offers a unique blend of coaching discipline and practical self-defense application in a fun environment. While this class is tailored to beginners, advanced students are always invited to attend as an opportunity to fine-tune their skills. Advanced students are encouraged to grab a bag in the back of the class to review combinations and techniques at a faster pace.
Learn the basics of boxing in this class that offers top-notch training in a personalized setting. One-on-one opportunities with your trainer offer the chance to perfect nuances of form, footwork and strategy. All levels are invited to come to this class to learn proper technique, moves and psychology of the sport. Participants range from those looking to blow off some steam after a busy work week, to experienced fighters and champions. Regardless of your goals, boxing offers key elements and benefits that can be applied to other workouts and classes and even in your daily life.

Get your heart pumping and see results fast with this circuit class perfect for those without a lot of time to make it to the gym. The Smash Hit Boxing Blast Workout incorporates maximum result interval, cardiovascular, and circuit training regimens. Developed for a challenging workout at any fitness level, the circuit delivers total body results in a quick and convenient 30-minute format without the commitment of designated class times. Every round is different, stimulating, and fun. From learning how to jump rope to hitting heavy bags, boredom is not an option. You'll also get the benefit of Smash Hit’s top trainers who are there to motivate, push and ensure proper form with every move.
CARDIO BOXING #NOEXCUSE WORKOUT:
Enjoy a non-stop hour workout with Coach Cannon. He will push and inspire you to reach beyond your pre-conceived limits. This motivational course will start you out at whatever fitness level you may be and help you reach peak performance. Work at your own level, but you must work! There’s no excuse not to sweat in this class and have fun at the same time. All fitness levels are welcome. Each week you’ll see your ability and confidence build with every punch, jack and plank.

This course teaches dozens of moves, combinations, and strategies that have been proven in the ring and on the street to work best in actual situations. The creation of a strong technical foundation and increasing one’s total body conditioning will bring about optimal results. Students will understand and practice proper form, style, and safety of technique while gradually increasing intensity in shadow boxing and heavy bag formats.
You’ll gain a sense of empowerment as you:
- Practice dozens of upper body blocks, punches and strikes, kicks, stances and foot work patterns
- Master 8 combinations used by the best fighters from around the world
- Apply moves with accuracy in shadow boxing, and on your own 6-foot, 100 lb. heavy bag
- Build and tone your core (lower back, abs, glutes) with floor work
- Increase flexibility through the workouts’ inherent stretching
- Increase balance and coordination
- Gain the confidence to join the other Smash Hit classes
8 week course with gloves and wraps is $125.
8 week course without gloves and wraps is $95.
Glove and wrap rentals are $2 each.

PRIME TIME INTERVAL BOXING: FORMERLY HOUR POWERFUL WORKOUT
Put on your dancing shoes and get ready for a class full of key footwork and calisthenics set to a killer playlist in short interval rounds. Footwork and rhythm are some of the most important skills in boxing and kickboxing. This class hones these skills for students at all levels while building major endurance. Get ready to sweat! In this class you’ll find members of all experience levels working to build the skills to out maneuver their opponents. All experience levels are encouraged to participate in this class that pushes students to train like champions in a heart-pumping, dance party atmosphere. Your muscles and stamina will thank you.
XBOX EXTREME SWEAT:
XBOX = Xtremely sweaty, challenging, non-stop conundrum of basic combos, riddled with cardio and old-school technique. Students will get to mix it up with new, exciting moves and props such as dumb bells, weighted balls, steps and more. It’s never the same class twice and will always keep you on your toes. This class is the perfect fit for those who love to reach their goals with heavy-hitting drills and combinations. Do you have what it takes to master the 300+ jab challenge?
Zumbabox fuses Latin and other rhythms with easy-to-follow moves to create an exhilarating cardio workout. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms create resistance training to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Zumbabox combines all elements of kickboxing and dancing. No wraps, gloves or experience needed. Be prepared to sweat during this energizing cardio workout!
