A session will last approximately 60 minutes. All you have to do is book at least 48 hours in advanced.
Right now we have two trainers available for semi privates. Chris will focus mostly on Boxing and fitness, Ken will focus on Kickboxing and fitness. Most of the time we will both be on the floor so you will get the best of both worlds either way.
If you cannot find a session time that is convenient for you contact us as we can work that out with you.
Semi Privates cost a lot less than personal 1 on 1 training.

You will need to create an online account on our mindbody schedule system. You can select the trainer and time of sessions. You will receive notification that you are registered. You can even change and edit times if needed. If you have any problems registering, you can call (248) 252-1594 hook up your appointment over the phone.
Small Group Training.
In any Small Group personalized session. up to 4 people can register. The sessions are geared for all levels. Those who attend regularly will begin to form constancy with whom is their group. It might be a good idea to have friends pre-register with you. Once a session fills up, that time slot will be closed on the calendar, and no one else will be able to register for that time. Sessions must be paid for with in 24 hours of booking and at least three days ahead of time. You must give 24 hours’ notice in case of cancellation. A “no show” without calling to cancel will forfeit payment for that session. If you arrive at your session and other participants do not show up, you will still receive training with your instructor for that time slot.
