The Smash Hit Recovery Kickboxing Mission

Thousands of Metro Detroiters are struggling with weight gain, anxiety, depression, stress, or addiction.

Over 254,000 Michigan individuals made an effort toward addiction treatment through state funded programs last year- with the highest numbers occurring in our Detroitarea, especially
Macomb and Oakland counties. Many more thousands enrolled in private programs and remain involved
in continued community fellowships such as 12 step programs and support groups. 
 
The recovery industry has grown exponentially as it has expanded to include programs for
other addictive or compulsive disorders such as gambling, eating, purging,
internet, shopping, over eating, sex, relationship, anger addiction…

Our Vision

To offer the addiction disorder community an affordable and fun opportunity to enhance fitness lifestyle, to socialize in healthy goal building environments, and to empower the mind, body, and spirit through the many benefits of kickboxing and martial arts workouts.

Recovery Kickboxing connects major addiction recovery industries together, including therapists, recovery centers, group homes, government agencies, health professionals, and all whose businesses deal with the betterment of mind, body, spirit, while expanding class offerings to participating clubs in Metro Detroit.
