CLASSES 

Smash Hit Kickboxing - Experience classes powered by enthusiastic instructors who thrive on building individualized fitness goals! Run through skill-and-drill mixed martial arts and REAL boxing techniques in a personal yet authentic kickboxing gym. 
 
Each one-hour class is expertly designed to enhance proper technical form and utilize skilled mechanics from a combination of martial arts - all while providing a complete full body workout

KICKBOXING

INTRO TO KICKBOXING 
Mondays 7:00 PM
Kickboxing classes can be a little intimidating for beginners but don’t worry, you can move at your own pace. This class fits all types of one’s personal conditioning level. Learn the proper mechanics of every offensive and defensive move in kickboxing. Build up to working at fat burning level for up to one hour. Recommended for anyone with 10 classes or less. 
​You’ll learn how to punch, strike and kick effectively; generate power; and move efficiently. All of these will result in better coordination, balance, agility, and strength.
SMASH HIT KICKBOXING BEGINNERS' 
Wednesday at 7:00 p.m.  //  Wednesdays at 5:45 p.m. //  Thursdays 5:45 p.m.  //  Saturdays at 10:30 a.m.

​Our signature class method expertly blends real boxing/kickboxing moves and total body conditioning for definite results in mind and body fitness. This class will get you in shape as you pace yourself on your 100lb heavy bag. Learn the basic blue prints to excel in any fitness boxing /kickboxing based program. Another benefit is the development of the beginning foundation of solid self-defense ability. Recommended for anyone with 10 classes or less.
SMASH HIT KICKBOXING ALL- LEVEL
Tuesdays at 5:45 p.m.  4:30 Wednesdays// Sundays at 10:00 a.m.
Higher intensity and skill level than our beginners class, although still self-paced for those starting out. In a short while, you will be right on top. Start your warm up with an upbeat choreographed shadowboxing routine. Next, practice basic moves on your heavy bag concentrating on pacing, proper feel, and increased perfection. The class peaks with punch-kick combinations keeping you toned and strong. Recommened for anyone with 10 classes or more. 
WARRIORS WAY WORKOUT
Mondays at 5:45p.m.
Terrence S.M. Popp is an Airborne Ranger and Special Forces Green Beret. He held multiple titles as a pro kickboxer and taught kickboxing class in Metro Detroit. Author of The Warrior's Way & The Soldier's Soul on Amazon. Recruits will feel stronger and more confident while stressing the importance of exceeding your mental limits, as Terrence engages you in pursuits to bring out adrenaline with “attack the enemy” responses he learned in direct combat through the toughest conditions imaginable. Be prepared for one hour of non-stop drills using the basic, but killer, moves for the best in fitness and self-defense. 
TURBO KICKBOX
Saturdays 9 a.m.  (Temporarily Canceled)

Kick it into high gear and sweat your gloves off with this high-intensity, energetic class that teaches old-school combos with a twist. Challenge yourself with this head to toe, non-stop workout that uses a variety of blood pumping moves and props. This class is only for those who want to sweat and torch major calories all while having a blast doing it.
ROUND BY ROUND BOXING  ( Karl's Interval Blast)  
Wednesday - Thursdays 7:00 p.m.

Your instructor guides you through standard cardio drills made up of boxing/kickboxing stances and movements intermixed with intervals of optional low or high impact calisthenics designed to work for strong fitness leveled participants. This consists of one-minute active or rest intervals between 3-minute heavy bag rounds. After the cool down the focus is on core training through floor work from guard position for strong abs.​
RECOVERY KICKBOXING 
Sundays 10:00 am

Recovery Kickboxing is an empowering therapeutic program that gets you into incredible shape.

  • Burns massive amounts of calories, quiets negative thoughts and relaxes muscles.

BOXING

BOXING CONDITIONING WORKOUT
Thursdays 5:45 Studio B

If you’re looking to build your stamina and strength, then this class is for you. Marie will put you through an intense workout using a variety of exercises such as push-ups, sit-ups, burpees, leg lifts and much more, finishing with an endurance-building session on the heavy bag.

​Beginners are offered modifications in movements and intensity. Marie is a strong believer in teamwork, and she facilitates comradery and students to verbally encourage one another so no one will feel left out or overwhelmed.
CARDIO BOXING #NOEXCUSE WORKOUT
Wednesdays at 6:45 p.m.   (Temporarily Canceled) 

Enjoy a non-stop hour workout with Coach Cannon. He will push and inspire you to reach beyond your pre-conceived limits. This motivational course will start you out at whatever fitness level you may be and help you reach peak performance. Work at your own level, but you must work! There’s no excuse not to sweat in this class and have fun at the same time. All fitness levels are welcome. Each week you’ll see your ability and confidence build with every punch, jack and plank.
