Whether you’re just starting out and want some individual coaching, or have gained experience from our classes and want to get a taste of the “Old School” Boxing Gym feel. We can customize your workout experience to your own needs and goals.
Beginners: Practice the moves from classes. Your trainer will show you the ropes and help you develop your own non contact boxing/kickboxing circuit program using various equipment that fighters use to get into top shape and perfect skills.
Experienced: Apply your new or existing skills on a variety of boxing equipment. Work independently or with your trainer and to review moves and drills. Hang out with your workout peers and get in your workout for the day.

Our trainers are made up of former pro boxers/kickboxers or fitness industry experts who have been dedicated to teaching thousands of classes and tens of thousands of students combining kickboxing/fitness into one hour workouts in Metro Detroit and the USA.

Poppy
Terrence S.M. Popp is a retired Airborne Ranger and Special Forces Green Beret. He held multiple titles as a pro kickboxer and taught kickboxing class in Metro Detroit. Author of The The Warrior's Way & The Soldier's Soul.
You will feel stronger and more confident while stressing the importance of exceeding your mental limits, as Terrence engages you in pursuits to bring out adrenaline with “attack the enemy” responses he learned in direct combat through the toughest conditions imaginable. Be prepared for one hour of non-stop drills using the basic, but killer, moves for the best in fitness and self-defense.

Karl climbed up world competition in full contact Kickboxing and has taught and managed kickboxing clubs in the Metro Detroit for over 20 years. Be ready to be motivated and inspired with his no-nonsense approach to self-defense and top conditioning.

Ken
Ken is a former world-ranked, undefeated kickboxing champion who has taught thousands of students in the Metro Detroit area. Known for coaching and developing instructors, Ken is considered an early pioneer in the Martial Arts Aerobic movement.
Ken's "Fighting Trim" workout video received the highest ranking of all fitness videos from Shape Magazine and was voted "Best Newcomer" by Self Magazine.
