For your first class, we recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early to allow time for orientation and to properly wrap your hands.
****To early cancel a class on Mindbody, log in to your account, navigate to your schedule, find the class you want to cancel, and click the "Cancel" button next to it
OTHER IMPORTANT INFO:
- Metered parking is available on the street. $1.00. ! Free Lot Parking After 4 pm, and all day Saturday and Sunday, right accross the street in the lot at the corner of Saginaw and Huron streets. Entrance to the lot is off of Huron, just west of Saginaw.
- Boxing gloves and wraps are FREE to borrow for the first class and $2 each for rentals during future visits.
- Please bring a water bottle so you can stay hydrated during class.
